Supplies to bring:
— your favorite black fine line pens: one thin .01-.03 and one thicker .08
— mechanical pencil .7mm, with refills
— white eraser
— mixed media paper art journal for experiments and play
Optional:
— any of your favorite color pens, pencils, markers or watercolor paints
Sadelle Wiltshire is a Veriditas Certified Labyrinth Facilitator, a Mixed Media/Textile/Jewellry Artist as well as a Certified Zentangle® Teacher from Putney, Vermont. She has taught a
wide variety of art workshops across the US and as far as the UK, in secular and non-secular venues. Sadelle’s art work and ministry is influenced by her Quaker faith and she enjoys creating, practicing and facilitating art with a view towards mindfulness and contemplation. In her work as a therapist she helps people build skills toward a regular practice of mindfulness, including grounding tools, meditation,
compassionate visualization and meditative drawing methods. Ann is also Certified Zentangle® Teacher and has co-led workshops with Sadelle Wiltshire at a variety of venues.
