Program Description: Leadership in congregations is tough! Learning with peers can help lessen the burden, expand our resources and build supportive relationships. AST offers this four-evening program focusing on the crucial aspects of challenges all ministry personnel face in 2020. Highly practical and hands-on, intended to provide you with skills you can immediately put to use.
