Open to women and men who are members of a 12-step group.

The theme is:  WHO AM I NOW?  The process of recovery allows us – perhaps for the first time – to discover who we deeply are and to pinpoint the areas that need healing in order to live more fully and maintain our recovery. Put more joy and more meaning into your life through self-awareness and self-esteem.

Mini-presentations, listening partners group-work and personal reflection. Opportunity for 12-step meetings.
