Women of Spirit Retreat
The late summer days of early September provide a backdrop of beauty and change in the earth community around us. This gathering of spirited women will be a time to engage in practices of nourishing body, mind and spirit in the company of other women and on the beautiful land at Five Oaks. A time to engage more deeply with our core strengths and strategize together about how to engage them more fully in our lives at whatever age or stage we find ourselves.
Some of our activities will promote relaxation and centering. Some activities will invite us to engage more deeply with our core strengths and strategize together about how to engage them more fully in our lives at whatever age or stage we find ourselves. Some of our activities will be just plain fun as we draw on the power of laughter and dance and song.
