A Theological Framework for Leading Congregational Change (Online Course)

This online course offers leaders a practical theology framework for leading change within a congregational setting. Drawing on various theological and theoretical resources, participants will work through a ministry case study of their choosing throughout the course. Through small weekly assignments (readings, videos and interviews), participants will discover their own approach to leading change, develop their own working theology of change and put into practice ideas related to leading change, conflict and innovation in their context. Participants will process the weekly assignments in small groups.

Class Times:
This course begins Friday, Oct. 7 with a live webinar led by the instructor, and continues for six weeks. Participants meet weekly via conference call or video conference call.
