As you live, work, and walk your spiritual path in the world, cultivate self-care practices that support your mind and body. Experience several disciplines that can help you live more fully from your center – yoga, qigong, t’ai chi, the Alexander Technique, and Breema®. Experienced teachers will help you sample a variety of techniques and then explore a single modality more deeply. You will come away with the basics to pursue a sustainable self-care practice.

$395/private room; $315/shared room; $220/commuter.
