Guided Retreat:

In this retreat we will look at the heart of the spiritual journey: to have a loving intent toward ourselves, our friends and our neighbours; to practise deep listening to the voice of the Spirit within ourselves, within others, and in the many ways we experience God; and to act compassionately toward ourselves and others.
