March 9-13, 2015: The Art of Transitional and Interim Ministry – Weeks One and Two
Congregations inevitably go through transitions – both in their ministry and their leadership. When this happens, it is important for congregations to face these transitions intentionally. This conference seeks to train ministers called to lead congregations in times of transition with the skills necessary to address the systemic, theological, ethical, and pastoral challenges of this season in a congregation’s life. Ministers of all Christian traditions are welcome and encouraged to participate in this ecumenical offering.
