February 13-14, 2014 Orientation to Intentional Interim Ministry Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center Leadership
Among the populace, the word interim is used loosley to cover a variety of leadership needs during the time between the departure of conventional pastor/leader and the arrival of the new conventionally-called pastor and/or professional lay leader. This seminar will provide an opportunity for pastors/leaders to explore some key differences between giving attention to the past/present and giving attention to the leadership qualities that address the future for the congregation or organization you serve. Here is a great opportunity to contemplate with experienced professionals your ideas, ambitions and aspirations in consideration of a future commitment to an extended period of study and learning which may open doors for focused future leadership in the changing 21st century.
