With Lois Huey-Heck and Keri Wehlander
LOCATION
What do we learn when we slow down and listen for the Spirit through our bodies, our creativity and the land around us? During this retreat, we will explore forms of spiritual practice that expand three primary ways to the Holy – Listening to the Body: Spirituality of Self-Care; Listening to the Land: Spirituality of Nature; and Listening to the Muse: Spirituality of Creativity – which allow us to explore and integrate new understandings for our journey. You can expect a time of refreshment, healing and deeper awareness through our time together.
The Listening to the Spirit program will begin on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m., and then will meet Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. – noon, with a closing gathering Friday evening. In addition to program time, there will be an option for Spiritual Direction and Healing Pathway sessions (by donation, to be shared with Naramata Centre).
