Guided Retreat: Holy Week 2016
Holy Week Retreat
Based on the book The Last Week by Marcus Borg and John Crossan, this retreat will explore the combination of history remembered and history interpreted – examining the last week of Jesus’ life on earth as given in the Gospel of Mark.
We will be challenged to look again at the political and spiritual dynamics of Jesus’ true passion – the Kingdom of God.
The retreat will be led by the Rev. Canon Susan Sheen, retired priest of the Diocese of Toronto.
- Wednesday, March 23 – Sunday, March 27, 2016
- Arrivals and registration 2 – 4 pm Wednesday; ends after breakfast Sunday.
- Special Holy Week fee $340; deposit $50.
