Act: Tending the garden or other activities as we learn new skills and resources to support sustainability and faithful living
Reflect: Creative and restorative options in the day will allow us to engage our bodies and minds playfully
Engage: Spend time with others that care about this place and how to live in right relation with the land and community.
In addition to these options, there will also be time for your own retreat to read or hike and enjoy this quiet time of year in this Okanagan valley.
End: Saturday at 1:00pm
Fees include registration, meals, refreshments and accommodation.
We invite you to rest in the arms of Naramata for personal restoration and retreat time.
$88.00 per night (space permitting; includes meals & accommodation).
Janet McDonaldJanet McDonald has practiced adaptive leadership in a wide sprectrum of organizational life. She builds on her experience base as a statistician and sociologist and her years of providing leadership and group facilitation around organization design, strategic planning and leadership practice for corporate organizations and the Conference and General Council areas of The United Church of Canada.
Lois Huey-HeckLeading the areas of Spiritual Direction, Healing and Wholeness and our Creative Life, Lois Huey Heck is an artist, publisher and has led program design and spiritual direction practice over many years. From founding and leading Wood Lake Publishing to facilitating small groups and one on one leadership, Lois is at home working with whatever arises and the needs for the group or individual can guide her workshops to attain the best good of the group.
