CLAIMING THE AFTER PASTOR ROLE AT SPIRIT IN THE DESERT RETREAT CENTER, CAREFREE, ARIZ.

 

The After Pastor Seminar is designed to review the emotional dynamics, the behavioral repercussions, the key leadership insights and the range of responses appropriate to the adaptive challenges required of a congregation following the professional misconduct of a pastor. This seminar is open to both interim and conventionally called church leaders.
