Program Planning: Doing My Best with the Resources I Have
Register Online
February 21-23, 2014 Friday through Sunday (2 nights)
When we are called to a social action, few of us will find that we have the resources we need or want to achieve the change we would like to bring about in the world. How do we decide which thing or things we should attempt to achieve from among the many possibilities that exist at any given time? After we have made a decision about what to do, how do we optimize our chances for success while ensuring that we do no harm to those with whom and for whom we seek to work? This course is designed to enhance our ability to build a logical relationship between the issue or problem we want to address, the resources we have to address it, the actions that we need to take, and the results we want to achieve.
