Union Presbyterian Seminary
Union Presbyterian Seminary offers five degree programs. The Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and the Master of Arts in Christian Education (M.A.C.E.) are the basic professional degree programs offered by both the Richmond and Charlotte campuses. In addition, Union offers through both campuses a dual degree: the Master of Divinity/Master of Arts in Christian Education (M.Div./M.A.C.E.). The Richmond Campus also offers the following advanced degrees: the Master of Theology (Th.M.) and the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). An appropriate master’s degree, awarded by an institution of recognized standing is a prerequisite for admission into these degree programs.
The Richmond Campus is a residential campus where students, faculty, and staff live, worship, and study together in community throughout the week.
The Charlotte Campus at Queens University of Charlotte offers classes on Friday evenings and Saturdays for students who are working and/or who live at a distance.
The M.A.C.E. is also available through our Extended Campus Program that combines distance learning in one’s home setting with intensive on-campus sessions in Richmond three times a year.
