The Society for the Advancement of Continuing Education for Ministry (SACEM) brings together those interested in continuing education.
Founded in 1967, SACEM believes that lifelong learning and growing are essential for healthy, effective, and competent ministry. SACEM is an ecumenical professional organization for continuing education directors, and seminary representatives, and all those involved in providing or advocating for continuing education for ministry. Members include pastors, lay leaders, seminaries, and continuing education centers throughout the United States, Canada, and several countries around the world. This rich diversity of membership is a valuable resource for SACEM and its members.
