Since 2015, Anna Racine has been creating unique and enriching Workshop and Retreat experiences for participants to enjoy. What started out as a personal journey and weekend Workshop has grown into offering transformative Workshops and Retreats that have changed lives. As a Spiritual Director Anna will help to guide you in understanding what God is doing and saying in your life. Through Spiritual Direction you can learn how to grow, live and love in your spiritual life.

“Anna is a Facilitator of Workshops and Retreats and is a trained Spiritual Director.
Anna Racine serves as Adjunct Faculty at Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
As an active member of St. Thomas More Parish in Niagara Falls Anna serves as the Ministry Lead of Children, Youth and Family Programs, member of Pastoral Council and ministers on the St. Thomas More Parish Bereavement Team.
Anna is a trained Facilitator in Grief and Bereavement including Complicated Grief and facilitates various support groups for those experiencing loss through death, separation and divorce.
Anna also is a trained volunteer with Hospice Care.
Anna facilitates Workshops and Retreats on various topics such as Grief and Bereavement, Anger and Forgiveness, Life Changes and Transitions, and Surviving Loss.
Anna also has experience in providing Days of Reflection and Prayer and Spiritual Growth and Development.
In addition, Anna can also create a Workshop or Retreat tailored to your specific needs.
As a Spiritual Director Anna is trained in both individual Spiritual Direction as well as Group Spiritual Direction.
Anna has been an active volunteer with the Niagara Catholic District School Board and in 2015, Anna received the Niagara Catholic Award of Distinction for her 20 years of service in Parish Ministry and in various roles with the Niagara Catholic District School Board.
