Through mini-presentations, group work and personal reflection, we will explore the many faces of anger and the often surprising ways it affects  our health, our relationships, as well as its role in healing, letting go and moving on. Participants will leave with a greater understanding of this often misunderstood emotion as well as tools for expressing anger more effectively and liberating the life energy trapped in self-defeating anger patterns.
