Nuts & Bolts of Youth Ministry (Neos)
Over the course of the weekend you will come to greater understanding of the practice of youth ministry and contemporary approaches for living out this specialized ministry in your context. Significant time will be spent learning about relational youth ministry. Additional essential topics will be covered over the weekend including Duty of Care, maintaining healthy boundaries, screening volunteers, self-care, and community building.
All people in paid accountable ministry as well as active volunteers will benefit from this program. You will come away with lots of resources and practical tools to put to use in your ministry with youth as well as meet a network of energetic colleagues and friends.
Leadership will be offered primarily by the extraordinary members of the Neos Design Team.
