Physicist Werner Heisenberg demonstrated, with his Uncertainty Principle, that an observer, through the choices he/she makes, influences the outcome of a physics experiment. As an observer, one not only sees a world “out there,” but also alters, influences, and possibly creates what is seen through the act of observation.
Through a number of exercises, participants are gently guided to experience and understand the human problem states, accept them, and then let go one’s subjective internal response pattern.
