November 7-9, 2013: At the Threshold: College Chaplaincy in the 21st Century
An invitational conference celebrating the publication of the new book, Crossing Thresholds: The Vocational Practice of Chaplains on Campus. Twenty contributors to this volume will share their experience as experts in the practice of ministry on campus. Through two keynote presentation and workshops the conference will provide an inspiring look at both the practices that compose chaplains’ lives but also how these professionals understand their vocation at this time in history. The conference invites those engaged in ministry on campus or in congregations who work with college or seminary students, those exploring chaplaincy as a field of work, and those teaching in institutions of higher education or seminary.
