A THEOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK FOR LEADING CONGREGATIONAL CHANGE (ONLINE COURSE)
This six-week online course will work with a practical theology framework for leading change within a congregational setting. Drawing on various theological and theoretical resources, participants will discover their own approach to leading change, develop their own theology of change and put their ideas into practice by working through a ministry case study of their choosing. Participants will have small assignments (watching videos and reading articles or select
chapters), posting and responding each week. In small working groups, participants will engage with other participants and the instructor.
