We are working to ensure that the Summer Conference will be held May 24 – 29, 2020. We may gather at Kanuga as originally planned, we may hold the Conference online this year, or we may combine these options.
Kanuga is currently closed as part of their efforts to comply with social distancing initiatives. We do not know when they will reopen, or when large gatherings will once again be safe to hold. We also anticipate that some will not be able to attend in person even if that is an option. For those who cannot attend in person and anticipating the possibility that holding large gatherings will still be unwise, the Haden Institute staff, our 2020 keynote speakers, workshop presenters, and dream group leaders are committed to hosting the Conference through webinars, zoom meetings and recorded videos. As we contemplate moving the conference online we are confident we can offer:
-
10 keynote lectures by webinar which could be watched live with the ability to interact with the speaker. These will also be recorded for future access.
-
4 morning meditations with Larry Maze live via webinar.
-
4 workshops of your choice via recorded webinar and future access to all the recorded workshops.
-
4 dream groups via Zoom meeting hosted by group leader.
-
Daily open creative expression opportunities led by Sheila Petruccelli.
We are truly excited about the opportunity to bring the Summer Conference to you despite the current challenges. We will send out more information as the path forward becomes clear. Final payments for the Conference were previously due on April 1. We are moving that due date to May 1 and will notify you of changes to the Conference cost for those who attend online.
