Being able to know who we are and what we are here on Earth to accomplish is the most important goal in life. At different times, we may answer the question, Who Am I, differently. Modern approaches to therapy teach us to become “witnesses” and to become “mindful.” However, as a witness one not only “observes” and is “mindful” of what transpires mentally and physically, but one also creates that which is being witnessed.
Through a series of exercises participants will come to experience the great creative force within and will come closer to accept responsibility for what is being created.
